I havae a 16 ft Zieman tilt bed equipment hauling trailer. I have never used it so was thinking about selling it. I had someone looking at it, he told me the wheels that are on it are against the law to use now. They don't have a center, and are held on by lugs against the hub, and rim, and held in place by the nut. He said he will need to replact the axles and offered me 600.00. It does need tires, and a bed. Any thoughts? Stan
