GM's 100k mile warranty didn't start till 2007, 06 still had the 3 year 36k warranty. Buddy had an 07 cobalt that the wheel bearings went at about 48k miles and they were covered under warranty. I've never had any luck with any GM wheel hub assembly from about 1998 on. 98 blazer, 2001 s-10, 2002 blazer, and now this 06 2500. My 1995 ck1500 wt was bullet proof for 160k miles when I sold it, worst mistake I ever made. I do plan on keeping this truck till the wheels fall off, hoping for 300k miles but they may be optimistic.
