All of a sudden I`m crazy busy and moving up in the world thanks to a neighbor/landlord jerking me around. He gave me permission to clear some old fields, then kicked me off halfway through clearing them, tons of trees on the ground, stumps still poking up, said there was too much liability having me on the ground. I said to heck with it, put an add on craigslist and got a call within 4 hours, and leased 144 acres for 5 years, for the cost of cleaning up some of the ground a prior renter let go. In 24 hours went from 35 acres, to 15, to 159.
