Your right a lot of us defended our Stihl dealers, must be they take decent care of us, sorry your experience hasn't been the same. Their seems to be a big difference between power equipment dealers here and their. One of the exchange students that stayed with us on the farm was from Sweden. Her parents ran an equipment rental store near Stockholm. She commented her dad rented Stihl, Jonsred and Husquarvna equipment, he tried Homelite and McCulloch for a while because they were cheaper but they didn't hold up so he went back to the European saws. Although if you Buy a Stihl or Husky here now they are made in America, that's why I wonder if they're the same between here and there.
