Might be metric on that leyland. I scarfed up some leyland 24" rims from a junkyard, once, a couple years ago. I wanted to put them on my Allis D-10, but had to scrounge up some Farmall 140 rim centers, to fit the 6 lug pattern on the D-10, the lug pattern fit, but the rim didn't fit the center. I had to use the plasma cutter, to blow about 1/8" off of each of the 4 rim to center bolt holes. Rim was bigger than center.
