AC WC or WD Wheels

Hi - I was wondering if one of you Allis Chalmers WC or WD45 owners could do me a favor. I am trying to find rear wheel discs to fit a Leyland 154 tractor. They are a 6 lug wheel disc. I see that the WC's and WD's use a 6 lug rear wheel disc. Could one of you owners please measure the bolt circle and diameter of the center hole so I can see if they'll fit my Leyland. Also what size tires do these w's use? I sure would appreciate your help. Thank you!
