I looking for some advice on skid steer post augers. I have standard flow new holland ls170 skidloader and I will be using the auger to mostly drill wood post holes including railroad tie size as that is what I have been using for corner posts. I have borrowed the neighbors Lowe but it is time to het my own as I have a lot of fence to build and he seems to be using his auger when I have the time to make fence. Do you guys have any suggestions on makers and model, planetary or chain? The ability to rent bigger bits once in awhile. I'm in Wisconsin so Lowe augers are available locally.
