i live in washington state, on a piece of property that is posted. on a few occasions, i have had a visitor between 3:00 and 4:00 am that cruises through with parking lights on. the way the driveways are, i'm only aware of it when he is on the way back out. the house is about 800 feet from the road. any options on warning systems? if i'm able to catch this guy, what are my options? i'm assuming i can't push him into a hole with the cat, probably can't shoot his tires out, without a assult charge. the house is still under constuction, thus i'm not there all of the time. i really want this guy. thanks
