I hope this aint a case of , you get what you pay for. Got the same problem where I work. The 2 good guys get $20/hour. The 3 others get $12/hr. If one more good guy would walk in the door those other 3 would be gone. I can't get it through to the 3 stooges that they are overpaid compared to the other 2 guys. They keep making hints at raises. It aint happening, cuz they sound exactly like the DickL crew. Everyone else supposed to just work around their schedule.They don't understand that the work they are supposed to be doing is what pays their wages.
