Tool guy is suppose to turn the heats on early. Setup guy is suppose to get the mareral mixed, make up the boxes for the shift, the operator guy is suppose to start the press and run parts. Tool guy came in late, didn't turn on the heats. Set up guy went back home to get a horse trailer and got stuck and didn't get back until lunch time. Took an hour lunch before going to work. Operator guy had a doctors appointment at three so quit at 2:30, shut down and left. Monday netted 1 1/2 hours of production time. That aint a gonna work. Not for long anyway.

Leave radiator and fuel caps slightly loose to protect gaskets. Block tractor up to remove weight from tires and to keep tires from contact with moist floor.
