hello im restoring my first f20 and i was wondering how the throtle hooked up i have a hand throttle that mounts to the steering post and a double handle on the right side that controls the spark i was wondering how the double hooked up and if you just left the throtle hook up coming out of the govener there or if there was a block off plate thank you any pictures that show will be appreciated
