The FAA has stopped a flight of storks because the lead pilot ( a regalo wing aircraft made up to look like a mama stork) who was teaching them to fly south did not have a commercial pilots license. State patroloman stops and asks if he need help. As they were talking, friend states he was returning from auto auction in Detroit. Whamm. He now is in interstate commerce and his truck is over the limit so he must have CDL license. carry flares, fire extinguisher, have proper tie downs, etc get 4 violations.
