HELP! What is the seceret to getting eggs to peel? My wife likes to boil them for about 5 min. so the yoke does not get that green color to them. We have a hard time peeling them. I tell her to boil them longer to no avail. We dump them into ice water right after the pot also. There HAS to be a method out there some place. Thanks G.
