I frequently see a lady going home from work on the interstate. She's drives 40 mph DWY (driving while yacking) in a 55 zone with hand gestures while she driving. She also keeps a hundred yards behind traffic in front of her. Everybody else on the highway is driving crazy trying to get around her changing lanes and some driving on the shoulder. I can't believe she doesn't realize she is a menace to society.
