Disconnect the glow plug controller, then try spraying starting fluid to see if the motor will catch and run. These trucks are also known for air leaks in the fuel system, if it has been sitting awhile. Check for power at the fuel pump when you first turn the key on. You have a bunch of issues, just not sure which to tackle first. Make sure the truck is cranking fast, as another poster said, these things need to crank fast, faster than you think.
