My 250 powerstroke is not getting fuel into the fuel filter. Anybody have a clue what might be causing this? Heres what happened, truck started and did not get oil pressure quick enough so it shut down. I tried to restart but starter decided it didnt even want to try. So I unhooked batteries and took starter off and took it to napa. They tested the old one said was no good. No problem, got remanned starter, put everything back together & wont start. Now glow plug light stays on! Its a manual tranny, so tried pull starting it - still no go
