Need some help from the computer gurus, For the past year we"ve had popups from Mcaffe, saying send error,dont send.So we sent and now, today we went and deleted Mcafee,and bought Norton Version 5.0 tried to load it from the disc, wouldn"t take.Also it wouldn"t allow us to get on the internet. So now we have uninstalled Norton.We"re working off of a small laptop computer sending this message.Would like to get our home big computer to get back to the intern wet.Also when we first turn on our big computer we get an error message of "rundxll" having trouble loading.Any help will be appreciated.
