Putting an upright unloading augar in the bin on the left side and also putting in a new $880 metal housing that contains the upright augar. The old housing came out fine but was very worn out. The combine had the chains jump and spread the bin sometime before we owned it but it was fixed as best as could be done. We are having trouble lining up the housing to get all the bolts in as the bottom part is wedged to the left and won't move around.
Is it ever needed to somehow adjust the turret where this piece goes into to line up the bolt holes and make it fit back together?
We have only done one of these on one other combine and it went together okay.
