The engine/ground speed pto is no more than a cranked bar with a 22mm hex on the end for a spanner. It will be slightly forward and to the left of the valve for the linkage lift ram. Some tractors even had them extended up through the cab floor.
Can you turn the pto by hand from the rear with the engine shut off and: 1: the engagement lever disengaged 2: the engagement lever engaged
