No I cant turn the PTO engaged or disengaged, I took the small cover off on top and to the back of the tractor just fwd of the 3 point clevis. Their is two thumb screws that I thank adjust the bands, the aft is loose and you can move it with a lot of play. Can the band brake? If so do you have to pull the PTO unite from the back of the tractor if so are their any tricks or just unbolt and slide out. I do appreciate you taking time to help with this problem Joe
