DeltaRed your right there, paint don't make them pull any better. I like it when a plain old looking farm tractor does a good pull over them great painted tractors. Our old M just has a spray can paint job, looks good but not like the restored tractors. Funny you mentioned the O4, My dad who is in his 80's said they were about the most useless tractor Farmall ever made for field work, a bit of mud and they would be done, too low, short with too much weight up front. Don't want to offend any W4 owners but this came from a guy who seen and drove all kinds of tractors from time they were new working on different farms.
