Leave the compressor bolted to the pallet and that will be all you need plus if you ever want to move it you can slide a pallet jack under it and move the compressor if you need to. My compressor is has been on its shipping pallet since I brought new about 10 years ago, is not bolted to the floor, does not make a lot of noise or walk around the floor, and can still be moved if need be. Being on the pallet also makes it easier to get to the drain valve. By the way now is a good time to extend that drain out to where you can get to it with a stainless steel ball valve to make it real easy to drain the tank once a week. Use it and enjoy and return those rubber mounts as you already own the pallet. Armand
