Finally pulled the trigger on a 60 gallon air compressor for my shop! Used Grandpas WD to lift her off the borrowed Dodge 3/4 ton.
I am going to bolt it to the concrete in the corner of my shop, but wanted to isolate it for noise suppression. Dad has worked (now retired) HVAC for the last 20 years, and has kept an account at our local Johnstone Supply. Had no idea what to ask for, but explained it to the counter help. I mentioned isolation damper, and he goes back to get some samples. Found some 1/2" thick by four inches square that will work great! Needed 3, cost $1.81 each-even better!!! I was VERY impressed by the counter help today!
