Normally should it be a two stage clutch? Also, when you say the clutch could be stuck, does that mean it can be un-stuck? If so, is there a certain way to do that without splitting the tractor apart? This tractor has no loader and only has 1350 hours on it, so the brakes seemed real good. She wants to get $3000 for it. It is in really good shape and only has a few minor issues (slow leak in rear tire and a slight draw on the battery that runs down the battery in a week or so). I was thinking of offering $2500 especially since you are saying the clutch is stuck.
