That is not normal PTO operation, are you pushing the clutch completely down? If so it sounds like the PTO clutch may be stuck. Is it gas or diesel? They aren't a bad tractor, steering and steering boxes can be weak especially with a loader. Brake are also not that great and a lot of work to repair if they're leaking oil. Otherwise solid tractors. Sam
