I just bought a Farmall M and its in pretty good shape but yesterday when I was out planting our winter rye I found that I could only go forward in fifth gear! I took the shift lever off thinking that it was worn but it was in pretty good shape. I checked to see if it would engage the forks to put it in gear and it did, but it still would not get into gear. Any suggestions on what I should do moving forward? I'm new to Farmalls and this will be my first time working on one. Thanks for the advice
