montidale, You haven"t yet given him a low ball offer, have you? When he said "Make me an offer", maybe he will settle for $100. You can always get your money back and more if the parts I mentioned are good. Just put an ad in a local "shopper" paper for $300+. When you go see it, take some pictures and send to me. We have a plow day here with 60 old tractors and plows and there is always someone looking for a decent plow. I am 100 miles SE of Eau Claire. LA in WI
