I had similar problem with my Super H - oil pres was 40 psi cold, falling to 5 - 10 psi hot. Dropped the pan and found the cap screws holding the cover on the oil pump were not tight. Torqued the screws to 20 ft-lb, then refilled the crankcase with 15-W 40 oil. Oil pressure now runs 50 psi cold and 30 hot.
