Couple of things.The tilt steering was not yet available on an'06 tractor.That is a'56 option(some one added it,same as the '56 shifters).The (hydraulic) TA is not adjustable.the fact that it is slow to shift means it is failing.Shift it HARD!,like your pi$$ed!.to shift a TA slow is the worst thing,that will dramaticly shorten it's life.8900 is a lot of hours.There is no "long frame/short frame ,they are the same.This tractor will probably cost you a lot of money in the near future.Run!!
