There is a high emissivity paint available for heat exchangers such as radiators. I would try someone who carries industrial paints like Sherwin Williams. But as a mechanical engineer my professional opinion is that you can't tell the difference in the operation of a tractor. If it makes 5 deg difference in the radiator outlet temperature I would be surprised. And your thermostat should always be moderating the engine outlet temperature to 195 or whatever thermostat setting you have. It still might be fun to have a special paint. It is much more important to not block the air passages with excess paint. Maybe we'll hear from a radiator manufacturer now. Or from someone who knows what IH put on the radiators.
