Hi Kevin, Since the tractor steers by using the Danfoss steering valve hand pump in the steering column, I still suspect the hydraulic supply to the steering valve is low. Quick test if tractor has remote hydraulic outlets, with nothing connected to the remote outlets, pull the remote hydraulic lever while trying to turn the steering wheel, you should also hear the hydraulic relief valve buzzing. If the PS works then the priority valve is stuck. Sometimes the shock to the hydraulic system by pulling the remote lever frees the priority valve. The test would be to pressure test the PS hydraulic supply line, should be about 1500 psi. I believe PS hydraulic supply line comes out of bottom left of MCV valve. Re PB, the PB requires only a small amount of hydraulic oil to work.
