I've had good luck with carb kits from napa, the one I pt in my cub a while back, I'm pretty sure was napa.
I HAVE bought tisco kits for MS carbs for fords.. MOST of the time they are ok.. I have found some junk though.
My local CNH dealer sells some tisco stuff.. but i just generally don't like it.
IMHO.. the kits with tisco names on them probably have parts that come from the same 'rice eating' countries as some of the kits with no names on them.
on the other hand, I've bought many gasket and seal kits from CNH and was quite surprised to find lots of places of manufacturer, italy, ireland, etc.. many places OTHER than china sometimes.. :)
