My H quit on me a week ago and now it won't stay running. I did a tune up, Check the timing, checked the fuel flow, had the carb rebuilt, and nothing seems to help. I can start it and it runs for about two seconds then dies. Could it be the governor? I looked inside and everything seemed to be operating, but I don't know how to check it. Help!
