Troubleshooting 41 model A

I cant get my A model to run, I have gas, ive got fire to the plugs, i reset the timing, put on new cap and wires, cleaned out the tank, fresh gas, new plugs, had the mag rebuilt, but still cant get it to start. we had it running before with all the new stuff on it, it ran fine then, now its like it wont pick up the gas to the cyclinders, it has plenty of compression. i know my problem may be in the carbuerator. i have soaked it in carb cleaner over night and cleaned it out, still didnt work. What shud i try or do at this point?
