I put on proper plug wires, still no fire. I tested the spark on the coil wire again and this time out of 8-10 cranks on the starter I only got one spark. It was blue and looked fine but I couldn't get any more sparks. Can a coil fail intermittently, or should I be looking at the coil cap? How would I tell if there was a carbon trail that was grounding the cap? I am ordering a new coil and will put it in as soon as it comes. I appreciate all of the help folks on this forum have given me and I'm sorry to keep coming back with more dumb questions like this. Zach
