Dang 400 has been throwing these little dying fits for awhile now.It's just like you shut the key off.Sometimes it acts short of fuel and pops and snorts trying to re-start,but I think it temporarily floods itself when it dies at full throttle on the plow and pumps a load of gas in there, its got unrestricted fuel flow.Ive had carb off 3 times.I use it everyday.It always re-fires,then it might run 2 minutes or 2 hours before it throws another fit.Ive had the cap off the points turning it over,and I kinda think maybe points and condenser,they are 6 years old anyhow,and the coil is original Farmall coil.
