GordoSD, I am trying to picture your application and I am thinking a 3" bore cylinder is OVERKILL! Not that there is a problem with that. My FEL has 2 1/2" bore cylinders and at 1800 psi it claims 3380 lbs force at the front pins. I am using 8-AN (1/2") from the valve then it splits to 6-AN (3/8") to each cylinder. We use 8-AN on about everything, it will take all the flow of a standard tractor w/o an issue. If you can, use JIC fittings. Like Hal said, use NPT to JIC adapters on the couplings and cylinders then JIC on the hose ends. It makes service work easier.
