We got bit hard with this one. Put the sleeves in and although they seemed too loose, continued the rebuild. Filled the engine with oil and then coolant. Within a few minutes the coolant started coming out the oil fill. Took them back to the CIH dealer and ordered the thicker SA sleeves for the later engine.
