Farmall Super A Oil Pressure

I have a Super A with low oil pressure and any help would be greatly appreciated. I had a blown head gasket when I bought it. I had drained out 8 qts of oil/ water, changed the gaskets, filter, and oil twice trying to flush out the junk left behind from the water. Now, when I start the engine (113) I have good oil pressure (mid-gauge)for about five minutes. After that, the pressure drops slowly to around 10psi. Advancing the throttle does not help. I had also replaced the gauge and cleaned the oil pump. Any Ideas? Does anyone know what the pressure should be on a numbered gauge? Thanks for any help I can get.
