OT: QUESTION OF MORALS KINDA LONG

I have desided to ask the good people here this question becuase it seems to me that alot of you have pretty good morals. OK I bought a mag on ebay a few weeks ago they would only take a money order. I sent it on monday they rec on wed. Then theylisted another mag so I bid I ended up buying tha one also and sent the money order the next day and they rec it two days later. I emailed them twice becuase I never rec the first mag heard nothing, Then a few days later I emailed them again and got the responce that both mags were mailed last week. And every day they emailed me to see if I got them. So yesterday I emailed them and said no. But I have a question if you mailed them both were they in the same box? and if they wre why did you charge me double shipping? No responce. OK today they come in a little tiny box with one small piece of news paper in between them and both top covers are broke and both mags are mared pretty good.
So I have already rec feed back from them saying positive. The ? is Is it my fault that I did not buy ins I dont know if it was even offered? Or should they have the moral responsibility to have shipped them better. Second ? should I ask for shipping back They sent them both parcel post and it cost $10.00 to ship and they charged me $24.00 for shipping $12.00 a piece? I am not one to just give someone - feedback just to do it becuase what comes around goes around. But this may be the case I dont know thats why I am asking you fine people.
