They are running a angle on you. Why the heck would they want the mags back and return all the money and the shipping, then not want to just refund you $12? Sounds stupid to me.
I bet if you send the mags back you wont see any thing and if you dont they have a come back for neg feedback. I.E. We offord to refund his money but he didnt do it. I would just leave them neg feed back for the condition of the units and be done with them.
