I'd think maybe this is somebody new to ebay and not quite up to speed on proper packing. I guess i'd let them know how the goods arived. If they chose to make it right or at least acknoledge their fault I might be tempted to buy from them again. Otherwise not. I like to ship mags in the flat-rate boxes, double boxed and room for padding. They seldom arive damaged and I insure very few of them.
