Splitting an H Farmall

I am restoring a 1943 H. The engine is done and runs well but there is a lot of noise in the transmission area. I decided to tear into it. I have the top plate off and found a lot of slop in the gears and bearings. Everything was going fine until I decided to split it in front of the transmission. I have everthing disconnected that I can think of to disconnect. I have disconnected the hydraulic drive, the engine drive to the transmission and the six bolts (four inside and two outside) that bolts the hydraulics housing to the transmission housing. I can't see anything else to disconnect, but it still won't split apart. Is there something I am missing?
