Crack in my Steering knuckle post model A pictures

here is the pictures of the crack. I can't say how it happened. All I know was when I went to grease it the grease came out in the wrong place. I am worried that If I don't weld it, it could get worse. If you look on both sides of the zerk you can see the grease coming out of the metal.
