I could be all wet but that just looks to be rusting thru from inside out or outside in, can't really tell.. If it is there's not much saving it. I think I'd just use it. I mean, you'll have to diasasasemble that to clean it up and inspect it inside and out. After having done the disassembly a used replacement might end up the better way to go.
