I replaced a head gasket on my 400 because of the same problem. Head looked good, so I hoped it was fixed. No such luck. Bought the best Stop Leak the NAPA man had. Problem gone. It looked to me like someone had a tough time installing the #4 liner and I hope that the was the source of the leak. Good Luck with the STOP LEAK.
