Looking at a I&T manual looks like if you get the back cover plate off you get the two shafts and idler shaft and gear with it,Its a picture of the break down assembly can't tell if all the bolts have to come out, I know theirs a couple bolts that holds the complete unit together.It's worth a try hith out takeing it clear apart.
