Mike: I saw that too the day I was there, didn't give it a second look. One was enough. If they gave it to you, it might not be a bargain, unless you intend to run oposition to Steve R. Unless someone has done it, that tractor could gobble up $10,000. worth of parts so fast, you wouldn't have time to blink. $2,500. tops. 23 years ago my 1066 gobbled up $10,000 and we never got behind the flywheel, going from front to rear on tractor. Watching YT discussions we are seeing all nature of transmission-hydraulic-TA-PTO problems guys with new 1066's never heard tell of in the first 15 years. It would seem to me these problems are not hours of service related, but rather age of tractor related. My tractor clocked up 10,000 in the first 8 years, and never had any of these problems guys are talking about on 5,000 hour tractors in 2005.
