'54 Farmall Super C Clutch doesn't work

I used the tractor this summer to level out a floor in my shed. Two months later I got to start it up and move it out and the clutch won't engage. I am a new ower and do not have any manuals. Are their things I can look for, is the clutch hydraulic and low on fluid? Thanks BEN
