Pull the battery out so you can get to the back of the TC unit. You should find a pipe plug in the TC head. Remove the plug and behind it you should find a little plug (also screwed in) with a small orifice and probably screen. remove the orifice plug and make sure the orifice and screen are clean. Put it and the plug back and give it a try. Been a long time since I have been in one, but I think what I said is essentially right.
